On the road from Kannami to Daita and close to Koutei izakaya, Tokoji is a small, pleasant temple just set back a little from the road. It's a nice place to relax and look around slowly, checking out the small but diverse population of statues, and the great view of the countryside around. Above the temple itself there's a peaceful cemetery, and behind the cemetery there's another view, of a narrow river in a grassy valley with gentle hills beyond.
